What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
We additionally support PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: EUR, USD, GBP and CZK.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in EUR, USD, GBP or CZK, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
If you are located outside of the European Union, your order will be shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia and Belarus.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes us 24 hours to process it for delivery.
