Home measurement
First you need to prepare three things you can easilly to find at home:
1.one carboard.
2.low and stable table.
3.marker.
Setup:
1.Place the cardboard on the table, ensuring it is stable.
2.Make sure the height of the table is suitable for sitting down and
allows you to sit comfortably on the cardboard.
Execution:
1.Sit on the cardboard so that your sit bones press down on the cardboard.
2.Use the marker to mark the two centers of your sit bones
(the points where you feel the most pressure).
3.Carefully get off the cardboard and measure the distance between the two marked points。
